Wispr Flow to launch meeting notetaker that creates summaries and action items

Wispr Flow announced updates to its terms of service that outline the rollout of a new automated notetaker feature. The addition is slated to appear in the platform’s next release, expanding the service’s existing suite of collaboration tools for business meetings and virtual conferences.

According to the revised agreement, the notetaker will employ artificial intelligence to capture spoken content, generate concise meeting summaries, and extract actionable items for participants. Users will be able to access these summaries directly within the Wispr Flow interface, with options to export or share the information across integrated productivity applications. The terms also specify data handling practices, stating that recorded audio and generated notes will be stored securely and used solely to improve the service’s performance.

The implementation aims to streamline post‑meeting workflows and reduce manual documentation effort for teams. Wispr Flow expects the feature to be available to all subscribed users following a phased deployment later this quarter.
