Welsh artist Kevin Sinnott dies at 78

Welsh painter Kevin Sinnott has become widely recognized after his 1992 work *Running Away with the Hairdresser* captured public attention. The oil on canvas, which portrays a young couple in a moment of spontaneous escape, was first exhibited at the National Eisteddfod in Aberystwyth and quickly entered the collections of several regional galleries.
