US FBI accuses Russian-linked men of plotting murders of Ukrainian allies abroad

The Federal Bureau of Investigation announced Tuesday that a federal grand jury has indicted five men for allegedly conspiring to intimidate, threaten, or murder individuals both within the United States and abroad.
