US Expands Military Campaign in Iran with New Strike Targets

The broadened campaign now includes additional strikes on command and control sites in eastern Iran, as well as further operations against weapons depots and logistical hubs linked to the Revolutionary Guard Corps. U.S. Central Command said the actions are intended to deter further aggression and protect American interests, while Iranian authorities have condemned the moves as violations of sovereignty. The escalation marks a notable intensification of the conflict that began earlier this year, raising concerns about a possible wider regional confrontation.
