UN humanitarian workers reach trapped families in Qusra village amid ongoing Gaza crisis

Humanitarian teams have reached Palestinian families who were confined for several days by Israeli settlers in the village of Qusra in the northern West Bank, the United Nations announced on Monday. The families, who had been cut off from essential services and assistance, were finally able to receive medical aid, food supplies and evacuation support after a prolonged standoff that drew international attention.

UN officials cautioned that such incidents must not become routine, warning that the repeated use of settler‑led blockades threatens to normalize a pattern of violence and humanitarian obstruction.
