The statement “Everyone wants to take that aircraft up now,” made by a senior executive at AeroTech Industries during the International Aviation Expo, reflects the heightened interest surrounding the company’s newly unveiled A-350X jet. The aircraft, presented on Tuesday, is the latest addition to AeroTech’s commercial fleet and is slated for its first flight later this month. The expo, attended by airline representatives and aerospace analysts, served as the platform for the formal reveal and a live demonstration of the jet’s cabin interior and avionics suite.

According to AeroTech’s release, the A-350X features a composite fuselage, a range of 7,800 nautical miles, and fuel‑efficient turbofan engines supplied by Global Power Systems. Preliminary market data indicate that more than 30 airlines have expressed formal interest, with orders totaling 120 units pending final contract negotiations. The aircraft complies with the latest ICAO noise and emission standards and has entered the certification phase under the oversight of the Federal Aviation Administration and the European Union Aviation Safety Agency.

AeroTech plans to commence certification testing in September, with a projected entry into service in early 2028. The company expects the A-350X to compete directly with existing long‑range wide‑body models, potentially reshaping fleet renewal strategies for carriers worldwide.
