Purdue University’s College of Pharmacy has announced the development and validation of a new series of small‑molecule inhibitors that enhance antitumor immunity, positioning them as promising candidates for future anticancer therapies. The research team reported that these compounds were designed to modulate key signaling pathways involved in immune surveillance and tumor suppression, and their efficacy was confirmed in preclinical models.
