Roblox announced that it will shut down Roblox Connect, the platform’s video‑calling service that debuted in 2023. In a statement, Roblox spokesperson Angela Allison explained that users aged 13 and older predominantly use the platform’s party voice‑chat functionality for group calls, making the video‑chat service less essential.
