NASA's Juno Spacecraft Embarks on Historic Journey to Jupiter
On August 5, 2011, NASA launched the Juno spacecraft from Cape Canaveral Air Force Station in Florida, marking the beginning of a five-year journey to the largest planet in our solar system, Jupiter. This ambitious mission aimed to unlock the secrets of Jupiter's composition, atmosphere, and magnetic field, providing scientists with a wealth of new information about the gas giant.
