Louisiana students launch balloon payloads at NASA facility in Texas
Each spring, the open plains surrounding Palestine, Texas, become a hub for a collaborative educational effort as students and faculty from universities across Louisiana converge on NASA’s Columbia Scientific Balloon Facility.
