Lenovo Launches IdeaPad Vibe, New MacBook Neo Rival

Lenovo has unveiled the IdeaPad Vibe, a new productivity laptop positioned to compete with Apple’s upcoming MacBook Neo. The Vibe will launch in 14‑ and 15‑inch variants, with a starting price matching the Neo, and will feature a broader color palette to appeal to a wider consumer base.

The device will initially ship with AMD and Qualcomm processors, slated for release in October and November respectively, while Intel‑based models—expected to run Wildcat Lake—are scheduled for a later launch. Unlike the Neo’s four‑color lineup, the Vibe offers seven hues: dreamy violet, spicy gold, zen green, chill blue, radiant coral, moody blue, and lowkey gray, and customers can custom‑order their preferred shade directly from Lenovo.

With its competitive pricing, expanded color options, and diverse chipset choices, Lenovo’s IdeaPad Vibe aims to capture market share from the MacBook Neo, offering consumers a customizable, high‑performance alternative in the ultrabook segment.
