IOC lifts suspension, allowing Russian athletes to compete at LA 2028 Olympics

The International Olympic Committee (IOC) has not yet reached a decision on whether Russian athletes will be permitted to display their national flag, wear the country's colours or have the Russian anthem played during the upcoming Games.
