Indian entrepreneur Bhavin Turakhia invests $30M in AI-powered office suite
Bhavin Turakhia, the entrepreneur behind a string of successful tech companies, has unveiled Neo, his fifth venture and the first to focus on enterprise software. Neo is positioned as an AI‑enhanced productivity platform that seeks to rival the dominance of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace in the corporate environment.
The new suite promises a unified set of tools—word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, and collaboration features—augmented by generative AI capabilities such as automated drafting, real‑time data insights, and intelligent document summarization. Turakhia, who previously launched ventures in telecom, fintech, and cloud services, aims to leverage his experience in scaling cloud‑based solutions to capture a share of the market that has long been dominated by the two incumbents.
If Neo gains traction, it could reshape how businesses approach office productivity, offering a more integrated AI experience than the current market leaders. Turakhia has indicated that the platform will roll out in phases, beginning with a beta release for select enterprises before a broader launch later this year.
