The group’s activities, which reportedly spanned social‑media campaigns, op‑eds and private briefings for foreign diplomats, were linked to entities seeking to counter Qatar’s diplomatic initiatives, including its mediation role in regional conflicts and its hosting of international events. Neither the individuals named nor the organizations they consulted have commented publicly, while Qatar’s foreign ministry dismissed the allegations as “unfounded” and reaffirmed its commitment to constructive engagement.
