France Faces Record Heatwave, 54 Departments on High Alert

France is going through a record heatwave, with 54 departments on high alert. At least 18 people have died from heat related causes. For French people, the main issue is how to cope with these extreme temperatures, especially at night, where they aren't dropping below 22 degrees celsius. In some areas, they even stay around 30 degrees.
