Epidemiologists have warned that the virus is spreading exponentially across the Democratic Republic of Congo, prompting urgent calls for accelerated immunisation efforts. The allocation, secured through a partnership between the Ministry of Health and international donors, is part of a broader strategy to contain transmission while additional supplies are en route.
